Celebs! Their hearts open up and such emotional truths fly forth, just when they've got new product to sell! LeAnn Rimes has been busy this week carving up bits of her soul to help sell her LP Spitfire. "I was . . . feeling terrible about myself and was disgusted by myself and thought I was pathetic," Rimes, 30, tells Us Weekly of her '09 adulterous affair with Eddie Cibrian. Rimes, who says her "whole life has been out there for everyone to judge" since she was 13, took time out last year at a mental health facility, where she was given a soul-recharge.

Now married to Cibrian, 39, who has two kids with ex Brandi Glanville, Rimes tells People she's ready for kids of her own. She'd even adopt if need be: "My capacity to love a child doesn't stop at my own eggs, obviously!"

Glanville: Rimes' album? It stinks!

One woman ain't so happy with LeAnn Rimes' newfound peace of mind - or her musical success. Brandi Glanville, who lost her man, Eddie Cibrian, to Rimes, says the songstress' new LP, Spitfire, is a real stinkeroo. "LeAnn has a great voice, but she needs to work on her songwriting," Brandi tells In Touch Weekly. "I'm surprised it's so bad."

Brandi is especially miffed that Rimes' songs revisit her affair with the then-married Cibrian. "No one wants to hear you cry over getting everything you wanted," Brandi says.

Was J-Lo too sexy in London?

The British public is in a tizzy over Jennifer Lopez' performance Tuesday night on Britain's Got Talent, which had the 43-year-old dream suited up in a saucy leotard, boots, and feathery-sleeved outfit. Areas generally covered by panties were barely concealed. Simon "Darth" Cowell tweeted that J-Lo was "incredible" on the show and "a total superstar."

Lohan & the face of God

epiphany : a sudden, intuitive perception of or insight into the reality or essential meaning of something.

Apparently, Lindsay Lohan has had one! LiLo's da, Michael, says he is pleasantly surprised by LiLo's progress as a penitent at the Betty Ford Center, the therapeutic monastery to which she was dispatched by court order. It's like LiLo's sixth rehab stay. But it seems LiLo finally is ready to leave behind a life soaked in premium booze and designer drugs. "In everyone's life there comes an epiphany, and I guess it's come upon her in some way, shape or form," MiLo tells TMZ.

Vinny Guadagnino's sex life . . .

. . . we are sure is the stuff of legend. But the Jersey Shore alumnus is more reticent to put it out there when it comes to finding Mrs. Vinny, with whom to make lots of Little Vinnies. "I do get a lot of love, and girls do approach me, but I'm looking for quality over quantity," Vinny tells In Touch Weekly. (Like a filet mignon is better than a shank, right?) "My mom sets the bar high," says Vinnie. "When I find a girl to settle down with, I hope she knows how to cook!"

The French top album chart!

Cherished American pop-music ranking system the Billboard 200 has been infiltrated by the French! Daft Punk, the '90s electro-dance music troupe founded by Gallic dudes Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, have taken No. 1 on the chart with their new LP, Random Access Memories, which sold 339,000 units in its debut week, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

Former Hootie & the Blowfish-er Darius Rucker's True Believers is at a very distant No. 2 with 83,000, while the National's Trouble Will Find Me is at No. 3 with 75,000. More French: Morocco-born American rapper French Montana is at No. 4 with Excuse My French, which sold 56,000 copies.

Tidbits 'n' pieces

The David Arquette-Courtney Cox divorce has been finalized. . . . George Michael on Wednesday was released from a hospital in England, two weeks after he sustained head injuries in a car crash. . . . Photograph, Ringo Starr's book of images and reminisces about his early years with the Beatles, is due out, first as an e-book on June 12 in conjunction with the Grammy Museum exhibition Ringo: Peace & Love, in Los Angeles. A hand-bound edition is due in December. . . . USA Today says Rudyard Kipling confesses in a handwritten letter, now up for auction, that he plagiarized parts of The Jungle Book from various sources but couldn't remember which ones. . . . Jennifer Lopez, who is chief creative officer at retailer Viva Móvil, has announced a deal with Verizon that will have the retailer open stores across the country to sell Verizon products to Latino consumers. . . . Kim Kardashian's baby daddy, Kanye West, has been living 5,000 miles away in Paris throughout the pregnancy. But Kim will move to Paris for three months once the baby is born, Life & Style Weekly says. That's real love, that. . . . Donald Trump is again threatening to run for president (of the whole country).

Pimpin' with The Lipton

We don't know if he had a pink Cadillac pimp ride, but James Lipton did rock it as a procurer of working girls in postwar Paris, the Inside the Actor's Studio toff tells Parade.com. It was the 1950s, and "the women couldn't get work at all. It was perfectly respectable for them to go into le milieu," Lipton, 86, says. Oh, the shame!

"Young women desperately needed money for various reasons," says Lipton, who schools the Parade interviewer in ways Parisian. "They were beautiful and young and extraordinary. There was no opprobrium because [prostitution] was completely regulated. Every week they had to be inspected medically. The great bordellos were still flourishing in those days."
