James Taylor to play Wells Fargo Center this summer

James Taylor will bring his folk sound to the Wells Fargo Center on July 9. Bonnie Raitt will join Taylor on the road.

Taylor and Raitt had previously announced shows at baseball arenas, a favored venue for Taylor who has made it a habit of playing Fenway Park and Wrigley Field. But, alas, the Phillies will be playing the Padres at home during Taylor's chosen tour date.

Taylor last played the Philly area in 2014, when he performed at the Susquehanna Bank Center
