Used to be, only major cultural institutions like the Philadelphia Museum of Art could afford spiffy audio-tour devices for special exhibits. Now smaller museums and galleries can enlighten guests with CultureSpots, a free audio-tour platform run on smartphones and created by local techie Cliff Stevens, with help from Drexel University's Neville Vakharia. It launched this week at Leonard Pearlstein Gallery on Filbert Street.
