PHILLY'S FORMER "Mob Wives" star, Alicia DiMichele, agreed to pay $40,000 in restitution in Brooklyn federal court to Teamsters Local 282 for embezzling funds while handling the books for jailbird hubby Edward "Tall Guy" Garofalo Jr., currently serving seven years for murder conspiracy.

According to the New York Daily News, DiMichele's brother Anthony had to write the first check for $20,000 because DiMichele didn't have the cash.

DiMichele originally withdrew her guilty plea in April when Local 282 asked for $2.8 million in restitution. She faces up to six months in prison.

While VH1 has not officially announced DiMichele's departure, she allegedly quit to save face in court. Originally, DiMichele was set to pay $20,000 in restitution with an additional $96,000, the total she earned from "Mob Wives," tacked on.

* In other reality spottings, Juan Pablo Galavis of "The Bachelor" was seen chatting up a comely brunette at DJ Pauly D's performance at The Pool After Dark at Harrah's Atlantic City (777 Harrah's Blvd.), despite the fact that he is still reportedly together with Season 18 victor Nikki Ferrell.

Joe Gorga, husband to reality star Melissa Gorga of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," was spotted in Atlantic City this weekend looking at real estate. Gorga dined at the Iron Room inside Atlantic City Bottle Company (648 N. Albany Ave.) on Thursday night. Gorga was with the restaurant's owner, Mark Callazzo, who is also a real-estate lender, and some other investor pals. The new season of "Real Housewives of New Jersey" premiered last night on Bravo.

Fanatic's Marks marries

Sean Brace isn't just Jon Marks' radio partner, he's also a killer wingman. 97.5 the Fanatic's Marks tied the knot with fiancee Liz this weekend at the Hyatt Penn's Landing, and it wouldn't have happened without Brace.

Marks and his lady met at Center City watering hole Ladder 15 (1528 Sansom St.) while he was guest-bartending one night with Brace, who used to work with the new Mrs. Marks. Liz came out to support her old buddy and met Marks, although they didn't start chatting until later that year. Marks proposed on July Fourth last year while on a Las Vegas vacation and the rest, as they say, is history. They are honeymooning in Aruba.
