3-D ON THE FOURTH

In its 80-plus-year history, Atlantic City's Boardwalk Hall has witnessed many a spectacle, but generally they've been inside the auditorium. Wednesday, the action moves outside as the Boardwalk-facing facade becomes a canvas for a spectacular 3-D light show created by Montreal-based Moment Factory. The free show can be seen nightly.

BENSUSAN SOUNDS

French-Algerian guitarist, singer/composer Pierre Bensusan melds world, classical, folk and a melodic thread of pop into his mesmerizing sound. Perfect for a summer Thursday evening at Sellersville Theater, 24 W. Temple Ave., Sellersville, 215-257-5808, st94.com.

ACROSS THE POND

Not cool, but not major dorks either, the boys of "The Inbetweeners," a British teen comedy, navigate the dangerous waters of high school through archetypes not often captured in TV. The boys hop across the pond this week to the Netflix streaming services.
