Now in Denver and Atlanta in his post-76ers life with the Nuggets, A.I. and wife Tawanna are selling furnishings from their Villanova mansion rather than moving some of the big stuff.

Art. His-and-hers furs. Luxury-car wheels. A kid-size, gas-powered black Maserati. Arcade games. Designer clothing in women's sizes 6 to 10.

A select group of Main Liners was invited to a three-day tag sale last month run by Lisa Semerjian and Sarah Lopes, who handle ritzy sales through their Berwyn-based Art of Decoration (www.artofdecorationestatesales.com). Lower Merion police stood watch at the end of the driveway to bar the unwanted.

Over a catered spread, buyers snapped up prime examples of Iversonia, including his Pac-Man, Galaga and Donkey Kong games, and an all-terrain vehicle.

It's not too late to get in on this. Philly auction house Barry S. Slosberg lists a Sept. 6 sale of items from an unidentified "sports star's estate." Going under the gavel will be that Maserati; a garden statue; more furs (some with A.I.'s name stitched inside); a girl's bedroom set; art glass; original wheels from a Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Ford Expedition (Iverson had them removed in favor of spinners); and the pair of bronze lions that stood in front of the Iversons' former abode in Gladwyne.

The Villanova mansion, for which they paid $5 million in late 2002, is not listed for sale, but I hear that offers are being entertained.

The one millionth ticket to the King Tut exhibition at the Franklin Institute was sold midday Friday to retired postal worker Jerry Gleeson of Bensalem, there with his granddaughter, Taylor St. Clair. They were showered with gold confetti, and he received a gift basket, a night at the Rittenhouse Hotel, a dinner for two at Lacroix, and a membership to the museum. By the Sept. 30 run's end, projected sales are 1.14 million.

The first 100 dinner patrons who show up Tuesday with no reservations at the Palm restaurants (including Center City and Atlantic City) will get passes for an after-dinner sneak preview of the Catherine Zeta-Jones movie No Reservations. Terry Hines Associates will transport Philly winners to the theater in a trolley.

Bain's Deli's "Broad Street Bully" was the top pick at last week's Sandwich Make-Off contest at the Bellevue's Gourmet Food Court. Still, judge Michael Nutter requested a "Turkey Diablo" from also-ran Ellen's on his way out.

Actor Farley Granger, 82, was here last week to get the artistic achievement award from the Philadelphia International Gay and Lesbian Film Festival and sign his memoir, Include Me Out.
