Saturday Night Live will return Oct. 1 with a special not-ready-for-prime-time take on the presidential debates: Variety says SNL's Kate McKinnon will reprise her role as Dem Hillary Clinton and GOP contender Donald Trump will be played by fellow New Yorker Alec Baldwin, whose oeuvre includes 30 Rock.

Baldwin has been a guest host on SNL a record-setting 16 times since 1990.

He won't be the host on the season premiere, just a guest star. The episode will be hosted by Margot Robbie, with the Weeknd as musical guest.

Schumer makes Top 10

There are many reasons to admire Amy Schumer: Unlike so many stand-up comics, she's funny, and she speaks out in favor of women looking like women, not mannequins.

Here's another: Schumer, 35, has become the first woman to make Forbes' list of top-10 paid comics. The Trainwreck star is at No. 4, having made $17 mil over the last 12 months, including an $8 mil advance for her tome The Girl with the Lower Back Tattoo.

But there's still a bit of an income disparity between the sexes: Kevin Hart made $87.5 mil to top the list.

Jerry Seinfeld ($43.5 mil) and ventriloquist Terry Fator ($21 mil) round out the top three.
