Kenneth does well in school in regular education classes, maintaining a B average. He will enter the 12th grade in the fall and hopes to attend college and major in business administration. An independent teen, Kenneth has a part-time job after school and has his driver's license.

Kenneth has experienced many separations, losses, and disappointments in his young life and would benefit greatly from the permanence, commitment, and guidance an adoptive family could provide. The family should be open to the support services Kenneth needs. He is close to his younger brother, and the contact should be maintained. He is eligible for financial subsidy.
