Clinton campaign ends with The Boss, Bon Jovi, the Obamas and Independence Hall

Also in Tattle: Katy Perry, Debra Messing, Michael Buble, Tom Petty, Ebony magazine, Sophie Turner, Joe Jonas and Pennywhistle

AS A PIVOTAL city in a pivotal swing state,

Philadelphia is feeling the love.

Following a Debra Messing-led pub crawl through the Gayborhood, a Stevie Wonder show at Coda, a Katy Perry concert at the Mann and appearances by Sara Bareilles at Penn and Anne Hathaway at Temple, the Hillary Clinton for President campaign is going all out to show she was born to run on Monday.

The Boss is coming to help her make her final pitch.

At a rally at Independence Mall (520 Chestnut St.) on the night before Election Day, Clinton will be joined by her family, President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama, Bruce Springsteen and Jon Bon Jovi.

Both Springsteen and Bon Jovi will perform, and Clinton will make her closing argument as to why she should be elected. But come on, people - if you haven't made up your mind by now, you probably should stay home on Tuesday.

Doors open at 4 p.m. The program starts at 7:30. Be wary of street closures, parking difficulties and urban gridlock.

* Our former colleague Jenny DeHuff was at the Perry show, where she spoke with Messing.

"You, Philly, are the most important people in the United States right now," Messing said. "You are going to determine who the next President of the United States will be. So, we have all got to focus, people."

"Thanks for being here, Hill-adelphia!" said Perry as she took the stage and hugged "Hilly C.," her affectionate, but goofy, nickname for Clinton.

After talking a bit about her year on the campaign trail for Clinton and her love for Philadelphia, Perry said, "I come from a staunch Republican family. I still love my family, even though I agree to disagree with them, because I believe it's not about where you come from, it's what you grow into. You can change your narrative at any time. Hilly is ready and qualified to do the job from day one, and, since I'm looking to the future, she will continue to have my support because you all know that it's not over on Tuesday. Now on to her presidency!"

Michael Buble

's 3-year-old son has been diagnosed with cancer.

The Canadian crooner and his wife, Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, said in a statement that their son, Noah, is undergoing treatment in the U.S.

"Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well," the statement said. "We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing."

Buble had been promoting his new album, Nobody But Me.

Tom Petty has been named MusiCares Person of the Year for 2017 and will be honored at the Los Angeles Convention Center on Feb. 10, 2017.

The MusiCares event will be held two days before the 2017 Grammy Awards. T Bone Burnett will work as musical director. Way too many people to mention here will perform.

* Philadelphia native Kevin Hart,

Beyonce, Serena Williams and Colin Kaepernick are being recognized by Ebony magazine.

The magazine revealed its annual Power 100 list Friday, which recognizes outstanding achievements by black entertainers, corporate heads and civic leaders.

The full 100 will appear in Ebony's December issue, which will feature four different covers: Filmmaker Ava DuVernay, Olympic gold medalist Simone Biles, Penn alum John Legend and Nas.

* Hollywoodlife.com spotted Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner canoodling with DNCE frontman Joe Jonas at the MTV EMAs in the Netherlands.

She stands in Stark contrast to his ex-GF, Ashley Greene.

* ABC News is investigating a producer after CNN saw evidence that a live crime scene shot on Good Morning America Friday was enhanced by falsely stringing police tape in the background.

Here's an idea: After Election Day, how about everyone try to go one day without lying.

* Signs are popping up around Stephen King's hometown of Bangor, Maine, advertising the campaign of Pennywise, the creepy clown from King's 1986 novel It. The signs beseech residents to "Vote Pennywise" and include a picture of the clown showing his toothy smile.

So you can vote Pennywise. Or you can vote pound foolish.
