Ellen Gray's weekend TV picks: 'Sinatra 100' concert, 'Leftovers,' 'Doctor Who' season-enders

* SINATRA 100 - AN ALL-STAR GRAMMY CONCERT. 9 p.m. Sunday, CBS3.

The Chairman of the Board will be there in spirit only, but CBS will mark the 100th anniversary of Frank Sinatra's birth six days early with a concert in Las Vegas. Among the headliners: Tony Bennett, John Legend, Garth Brooks, Harry Connick, Jr., Celine Dion, Alicia Keys, Lady Gaga, Carrie Underwood, Adam Levine and Usher.

* THE LEFTOVERS. 9 p.m. Sunday, HBO.

The Season 2 finale brings us to the fourth anniversary of the Departure as Kevin (Justin Theroux) finally tells his testy neighbor John (Kevin Carroll) about his connection to the disappearance of John's daughter Evie. I'm not expecting that to go well, but then life in Miracle has so far been nothing if not surprising.

* DOCTOR WHO. 9 p.m. Saturday, BBC America.

Showrunner Steven Moffat wrote this terrific season finale, which finds the Doctor (Peter Capaldi) returning to Gallifrey, where he literally draws a line in the sand in a standoff with the Time Lords. Having seemingly lost everything, the Doctor comes a wee bit unglued, and may need putting back together.

* MIRACLE ON 34TH STREET. 7 and 9:15 p.m. Sunday, SundanceTV.

The usually edgier-than-this network wants to make sure you don't miss the real Kris Kringle, and will be running the 1947 movie starring Maureen O'Hara, Natalie Wood and Edmund Gwenn every Sunday until Christmas. Purists, be warned: It's the colorized version.
