Dan Gross | Toof still ticked about sex vid

HAVERTOWN'S Jennifer Toof, better known as Toastee on VH1's "Flavor of Love," is sticking to her story that she had nothing to do with Vivid Entertainment's release of a 40-minute sex video featuring her and an unidentified man whose face is never shown.

HAVERTOWN'S

Jennifer Toof

, better known as

Toastee

on VH1's "Flavor of Love," is sticking to her story that she had nothing to do with Vivid Entertainment's release of a 40-minute sex video featuring her and an unidentified man whose face is never shown.

We watched the DVD "Toastee Exposed" the other day and e-mailed Toof yesterday with our doubts that the annoyingly talkative man was a boyfriend. In the video she appears to be completely disgusted by him, and they appear to be strangers.

Toof told us in May that the video had been made with "an ex-boyfriend, and I am devastated he is trying to make money off of my fame." Toof was offended Monday when we wrote of our impression that she made the video with the intent of selling it. "That's a lot of 'information' to gather from viewing the tape . . . Please treat me like the lady that I am . . . I am not a 'porn star,' I am not receiving money, and I could care less about anyone saying otherwise," she wrote.

A legal disclaimer on the DVD states that the footage was shot in March 2006. The video shows Toof masturbating followed by the mystery man struggling to stay aroused as he masturbates, with Toof briefly providing the man oral sex. Celebrity-porn broker David Hans Schmidt brokered the deal with Vivid and declined to reveal how he acquired the footage.

Toof has said she didn't want to devote any time or money to fighting the release. The Haverford High and Northeastern University graduate is applying to medical schools. Toof, 23, was booted from VH1's "Flavor of Love 2," in which contestants vie for the love of Public Enemy's Flavor Flav, after Flav learned she had done online fetish photos, choking men with her legs.

Phillips practices for airwaves

Port Richmond's Mike Phillips says he was "just having a good time" at the Borgata Friday, when he heckled comedian Jon Lovitz, who was performing at the Atlantic City hot spot. Phillips, 30, first made a reference to an old Chris Farley "SNL" sketch, which Lovitz didn't appreciate, and the pair exchanged words intermittently throughout Lovitz's set. Phillips, a beer vendor by day, returns to the airwaves of WNJC (1360-AM) on July 19 for the Party Zone with Mike Phillips. He'll host from 9 to 10 p.m. Thursdays. It can also be heard at wnjc1360.com. Phillips will have his schedule of guests at myspace.com/radio star2007.

Still ill, but well enough to play

Morrissey, the mopemeister from Manchester, will now perform at the Mann Center July 23 and at the Borgata on July 24. The former Smiths frontman postponed recent shows at the venues while battling a throat infection. Tix from earlier shows will be honored.

Comic comes to Cheerleaders

Comedian Jim Norton, seen on the tragically short-lived HBO series "Lucky Louie," will be keeping cool tonight with the bikini-clad babes at Cheerleaders (2740 S. Front) after his book-signing at 6 at Barnes & Noble (18th & Walnut). Norton's a part of the Opie & Anthony radio show and is here with O&A, who are broadcasting from WYSP (94.1-FM) today and tomorrow morning for their terrestrial/XM satellite shows.

Bon giorno, Italian television

An Italian television crew is in town this week taping for a cooking show at Fante's (1006 S. 9th), the Victor Cafe (13th & Dickinson) and Panorama (14 N. Front) among other area locations. It will concentrate on Philadelphia's Italian-American community and how Italian cooking traditions have fared in America.

* A crew from the Food Net-

work's "The Secret Life of . . . " spent some time at Ralph's (760 S. 9th) over the weekend shooting for an episode to air in November.

ESPY error

In reporting yesterday that golf great Annika Sorenstam will wear $90,000 worth of diamonds from Bernie Robbins Fine Jewelry in Marlton (500 Route 73 South) as she strolls the red carpet at ESPN's ESPY Awards, we mistakenly said they will air Saturday.

The ESPYs air Sunday. *
