OGER FRIEDMAN

is sticking to his story. The FoxNews.com columnist says the North American stop of

Al Gore

's Live Earth concert series will be Philadelphia.

Friedman reported Monday that Live Earth, of which there will be seven concerts on seven continents on July 7 (Get it? 7/7), will be at "RFK Stadium in Philadelphia." He also said The Police will headline the show.

The shows are to raise funds and awareness for environmental issues, specifically global-warming, for which Gore has become known due to his Oscar-winning film, "An Inconvenient Truth."

We reached Friedman yesterday to tell him there is no RFK Stadium here, but there was a JFK Stadium, which was the venue for Live Aid but which was torn down in 1992. Friedman apologized for the confusion, but assured that "whatever your biggest stadium there is, that's where it will be."

FoxNews.com removed the "RFK" reference yesterday.

The city's biggest stadium would be Lincoln Financial Field.

Eagles spokeswoman Bonnie Grant said yesterday the team is "not negotiating with anyone at this time" about the show.

How 'bout Citizens Bank Park?

A Phillies spokesman says "the team has no knowledge of any concert at the park on July 7."

The Police however, are playing a scheduled, and sold-out, show at the park July 19. It's hard to fathom Sting and the boys would also play what will likely be a free concert there just days before.

Commerce Director Stephanie Naidoff, actively involved in bringing Live 8 to town in 2005, said last night she has no knowledge of the Live Earth show coming to Philadelphia.

Manning sneaks into Marigold

Peyton Manning, the Colts quarterback, who did a great job hosting "SNL" over the weekend, showed up out of nowhere for an early dinner at Marigold Kitchen (501 S. 45th) last night.

Manning, wearing a gray suit, stopped to sign autographs for a few guys outside the restaurant.

Our swooning tipster says she was "surprised he was so cute."

Stern's girl crushes on local girl

Howard Stern revealed recently on his Sirius Satellite Radio show that his fiancée, model Beth Ostrosky, has a "girl crush" on Rittenhouse Square- reared Katherine Moennig, who plays Shane on Showtime's lesbian drama "The L Word." Moennig is the daughter of dancer Mary Zahn and violin maker William Moennig, and a niece of Bryn Mawr College grad Blythe Danner and cousin of Gwyneth Paltrow.

Out and about

First lady of California Maria Shriver and daughter Christina ducked into Old Original Bookbinder's (125 Walnut) the other night for dinner. Shriver, a former KYW-TV staffer, was dressed casual, and wore sneakers. She had a Cobb salad and New England clam chowder. Mrs. Arnold Schwarzenegger was friendly to staff and a very generous tipper.

* Eagles linebacker Dhani

Jones and friends, including Giants Kevin Dockery, E.J. Underwood and James Butler, sipped Grey Goose and champagne at New York's The Plumm (246 W. 14th) over the weekend.

* "Fiddler on the Roof" star

Chaim Topol took Amtrak from New York Monday night to 30th Street, where he was picked up by Man About Town Harry Jay Katz. On their way to dinner at Striped Bass (15th & Walnut), the old friends stopped in at a nearby T-Mobile store so Topol could buy more minutes on a pre-paid cell phone he's using since returning from performing "Fiddler" for months in Australia.
