I-95 traffic pattern change delayed until Mon.

PennDot crews will delay until Monday night the beginning of a new traffic pattern on northbound I-95 between Girard and Allegheny avenues.

The shift in traffic will permit the start of a $212 million construction project that is slated to last until 2018.

A similar shift in traffic on southbound I-95 in the same 1.5-mile-long stretch is now scheduled to start June 23.
