Merck subsidiary Telerx moves to Horsham office building

Telerx Inc., a subsidiary of pharmaceuticals firm Merck & Co., has signed an eight-year lease for about 45,000 square feet of space at the 410 Horsham Rd. office building in Horsham, according to the property's owners.

Telerx is relocating from an approximately 50,000-square-foot space at 723 Dresher Rd., also in Horsham, owners Steve Perna and Matt Frederick said in a release on Tuesday.

Perna and Frederick, principals of PernaFrederick Commercial Real Estate, have extensively renovated the 88,000-square-foot 410 Horsham Rd. building, which they acquired in 2015, according to the release.
