Hoboken, N.J.-based Jet.com is leasing the building at Gateway Business Park in Oldmans Township to position itself for overnight deliveries to areas in the Mid-Atlantic and northeastern United States, Matrix said.
In the release, Matrix also said it will lease a 550,000-square-foot facility at 965 Cranbury-South River Rd. in South Brunswick, N.J., to a division of Walnut Creek, Calif.-based Central Garden & Pet.
