The Saks Fifth Avenue outlet store is leasing 24,680 square feet at the shopping center, Goldenberg said in a statement Monday.
The store's arrival will make Saks, a subsidiary of Hudson's Bay Co., the latest high-end department store to expand its regional presence with more off-price versions of itself.
High-end department stores are embracing the off-price concept as their traditional mall-based locations struggle to compete with discount chains and online retailers. In recent years, Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's have added outlet stores in Center City.
Saks Off 5th, which has a location at Philadelphia Mills in Northeast Philadelphia, will join Gap, Old Navy, Men's Wearhouse, DSW and Ross among apparel retailers at the Metroplex center.
