Virginia Roberts has been named president and chief executive officer of Centipede Tours L.L.C., a Flourtown company that arranges guided tours of Philadelphia and the area. Roberts, who has been with the company since 1984, had been vice president for sales.

Comcast Spectacor, the Philadelphia-based sports and entertainment firm, has promoted Alice Fei to vice president of human resources, from executive director of human resources, technology and product.

Trish Spellman has been hired as vice president of operations for Brock and Co., a family-owned Malvern provider of food services founded in 1927. She had been vice president of operations for Aramark Healthcare.

The National Constitution Center, Philadelphia, has hired Lesley Albanese as vice president of development after a six-month national search. Albanese had been vice president of development at the Cato Institute in Washington.

Michael S. Parmacek, Herbert C. Rorer Professor of Medical Sciences, has been named chair of the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.

Cristi Resciniti has been promoted to chief financial officer, from controller, at Pennrose Management Co., Philadelphia.

David W. Mills has been promoted to administrative vice president from vice president at M&T Bank.

The Philadelphia Multicultural Affairs Congress, a division of the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau, has named Gregory DeShields executive director. He had been managing director of business development for Temple University's Fox School of Business & School of Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Surgeon and critical-care specialist Gerard J. Fulda has been named chair of the Department of Surgery at Christiana Care Health System. Fulda has served as interim chair since July 2013.

Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott, Philadelphia, has named John Pauciulo partner in the Philadelphia office as chair of the firm's corporate and financial transactions practice group.

ParenteBeard Wealth Management, a ParenteBeard affiliate, has hired Inessa M. Mischenko as director of operations. She held the same post at Convergent Wealth Advisors in Potomac, Md.

Investors Bank, Sewell, has named Scott Kintzing and Michael A. Penk vice presidents, commercial lending. Kintzing retired as chairman from the Bank, part of the Fulton Financial Corp. Penk had been vice president of commercial lending at Colonial Bank.

John M. Gaal has been hired as vice president for clinical operations at Salus University, Elkins Park. He had been a colonel in the U.S. Army Medical Service Corps, where he served as chief operating officer at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Gordon Morewood has been appointed associate professor of clinical anesthesiology at Temple University School of Medicine and chief of cardiac anesthesia at Temple University Hospital. He also will serve as chief quality officer for Temple University Physicians. Morewood comes to Temple from Hahnemann University Hospital, where he was director of the Division of Cardiothoracic Anesthesia and director of safety, quality and compliance.

Michael C. Nines, of Manko, Gold, Katcher & Fox L.L.P., Philadelphia, has been promoted to senior technical consultant.

Macanga Paving, West Chester, has hired Andy Karff as director of sales and marketing. He held the same title at JDPS, Huntingdon Valley.

Airgas Inc., a Radnor supplier of industrial, medical and specialty gases and related products, has named Andrew R. Cichocki president of Airgas USA L.L.C. Cichocki most recently served as senior vice president - distribution operations and business process improvement for Airgas Inc.

DMW Direct, a Philadelphia direct-response advertising agency, has hired Janice Gow as a media buyer. She had been an account executive at Goddard Systems/Brooks Advertising.

SNJ Today, which owns and operates WSNJ-AM (1240) radio station and manages local Comcast cable SNJ Today TV Channel 22, named Zach Reed account executive. He had been an occasional talk-show host for WSNJ 1240.

Navigate, a Wayne management-consulting firm, named David Baker and Adam Taicher principals. Baker, who had been a senior manager, has expanded his role to lead the improving financial and operational performance service area. Taicher had been a director in the business advisory services practice at Grant Thornton.
