The Mount Laurel firm, which helps spiff up public-access TV channels with flashier graphics and sells services that allow pay-per-view ordering, would borrow money under the note to provide general working capital.
The minimum advance under the note would be $100,000. with the interest rate equal to the prime rate as stated in the Wall Street Journal from time to time plus 1 percent.
