DSG opening subsidiary in India
DSG Inc., which produces software for pharmaceutical and biotech companies seeking government approval for new drugs, said today that it is opening a subsidiary, India Document Solutions Private Limited in a suburb of New Delhi, India.

The subsidiary will employ software engineers.
A company spokeswoman said DSG, a privately held company based in Malvern, plans to expand its workforce in the U.S. It also is developing plans to open an office later this year in Japan.
