Unisys wins $225M contract with Australia

Unisys Corp., of Blue Bell, said it won a $225 million contract to provide information technology support services to the Australian Department of Defence.

Unisys Corp., of Blue Bell, said it won a $225 million contract to provide information technology support services to the Australian Department of Defence.

The five-year contract carries the potential for two future extensions, each of two years' duration, the company said.

Under the contract, Unisys will provide network security and other services to 460 locations within the Australian Defence Force.

Unisys shares were up 10 cents, or 2.4 percent, to $4.26 in morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
