Software maker SAP AG said senior managers of its software unit embroiled in a legal fight with rival Oracle Corp. have resigned.

Software maker SAP AG said senior managers of its software unit embroiled in a legal fight with rival Oracle Corp. have resigned.

Oracle sued SAP in March, alleging that a subsidiary, TomorrowNow, with 50 employees in Bryan, Texas, had stolen proprietary product information from Oracle. SAP said in a statement today that TomorrowNow CEO Andrew Nelson and several members of his senior management team "are leaving the company."

SAP added that it is "considering several options for the future of the TomorrowNow business, including possible sale." SAP's headquarters for the Americas is in Newtown Square. SAP Americas Inc. employs 2,000 in Delaware County.
