Penn Treaty wins extension from NYSE
Penn Treaty American Corp., Allentown, said the New York Stock Exchange had given the long-term-care insurance company a three-month extension to complete its audit and file its annual report for 2006.
Penn Treaty American Corp., Allentown, said the New York Stock Exchange had given the long-term-care insurance company a three-month extension to complete its audit and file its annual report for 2006.
During the extension through Jan. 2, 2008, Penn Treaty shares will continue trading, subject to reassessment on an ongoing basis.
The shares were up 3 cents, to $5.94 in morning trading.
