USA Technologies moves to Nasdaq Global

USA Technologies Inc. announced today that its shares will begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Market tomorrow.

The Malvern company, which provides networked equipment for wireless credit card and other non-cash transactions, upgraded from the Nasdaq Capital Market to the global market, which has stricter financial and liquidity requirements for its members.

Company shares were down 7 cents to $8.09 in mid-morning trading.
