Volvo to use Kenexa recruitment software

Kenexa Corp., the Wayne-based designer of talent acquisition and retention software, today said it was selected to support the global recruiting initiatives of Goteborg, Sweden-based AB Volvo with its Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing system.

The software will allow the car manufacturer to search for candidates from a geographically diverse talent pool and will automate its recruitment efforts.
