Dover Corp. to close North Wales facility, cutting 63 jobs

Dover Corp. told Pennsylvania regulators Wednesday that it will close its Neptune pump facility in North Wales this year, eliminating 63 jobs. The WARN notice to the state Department of Labor and Industry said the cuts are scheduled to happen on April 30, June 29, and Dec. 28. Neptune pumps are typically used for metering chemicals in processing and agricultural industries, according to a website for the Dover unit.
