Phila.-area gasoline down a cent overnight
The average price of a gallon of regular gasoline fell a cent overnight, to $2.71 in southeastern Pennsylvania, but remained steady in South Jersey and nationally, AAA Mid-Atlantic said.

The South Jersey average, $2.47, compares to $2.70 a month ago, and $2.51 a week ago, the auto club said.
The national average price today is $2.75.
Light, sweet crude for October delivery added 13 cents to fetch $72.10 a barrel in electronic trading on the New York Mercantile Exchange by midday today in Europe.
