Eastern State Penitentiary Historic Site Inc. has elected Danielle Rice, director of the museum leadership program at Drexel University, as its new board chair. Joshua Parker, senior director of program management for X1 Video at Comcast, and Norberto Rosa, associate vice president of operations for New Leash on Life USA, were named board members.

Maternity Care Coalition, a Philadelphia nonprofit that seeks to improve maternal and child health and well-being, has elected the following board members: Jane Barr Pino, principal of Jane Barr Pino & Associates; Megan Knowlton Balne, an attorney at Hyland Levin L.L.P. in Marlton; Keith Daviston, owner and president of Trinity Enterprises; Ana Lopez, most recently vice president, direct channels, with TD Bank Group; Kimberly L. Warner, director of project management, data-monitoring committee lead for ACI Clinical, Bala Cynwyd; and Jane Summers, a psychiatrist in private practice and director of the women's behavioral health program at Crozer-Chester Medical Center.

Keith E. Ahart has been named to the board of Harleysville Savings Bank and its holding company, Harleysville Savings Financial Corp. Ahart is an investment manager for Franklin Mutual Insurance Co.

Teri Weeks, business administrator and board secretary for the Linwood Board of Education, has been named president of the New Jersey Association of School Business Officials for the 2016-17 school year.

University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine has appointed Bill Levy and Linda Richardson to its board of overseers. Levy is president of Brown Brothers Harriman Trust Co. of Delaware N.A. Richardson is founder of Richardson and teaches sales and management courses at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and in Wharton's executive development program.
