Frontier Airlines to begin flights to Punta Gorda, Fla.

Frontier Airlines said Monday it will begin nonstop flights from Philadelphia International Airport and from Trenton-Mercer Airport to Punta Gorda, Fla. in the fall.

Frontier Airlines said Monday it will begin nonstop flights from Philadelphia International Airport and from Trenton-Mercer Airport to Punta Gorda, Fla. in the fall.

Frontier will fly from Philadelphia International to Punta Gorda at 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday starting Oct. 30. The return flight to Philadelphia will depart at 8:10 p.m.

Frontier will fly from Trenton airport in Ewing Township to Punta Gorda at 6 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday beginning Oct. 31. The return Trenton flight will depart Florida at 10:15 a.m. The service will be year-around in Trenton and for the winter season in Philadelphia. Punta Gorda is on Florida's west coast between Sarasota and Fort Myers. Frontier said introductory fares will be available on its website flyfrontier.com on Tuesday, July 26.
