Campbell Soup Co., Camden, has named Les Vinney chairman of the board, succeeding Paul Charron. A board member since 2003, Vinney retired as president and CEO of STERIS Corp., a provider of medical supplies.

Axalta Coating Systems, Philadelphia, has elected Lori Ryerkerk to its board. She is executive vice president, global manufacturing, for Royal Dutch Shell.

Strongbridge Biopharma P.L.C., a Dublin, Ireland, and Trevose-based biopharmaceutical company (formerly known as Cortendo P.L.C.), has elected company president Matthew Pauls to its board.

Pedro A. Ramos has been elected to the board of AmeriGas Propane Inc. Ramos is president and CEO of the Philadelphia Foundation, was a partner with Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis L.L.P. and Trujillo Rodriguez & Richards L.L.C., and was managing director of the City of Philadelphia from 2005 to 2007.

Greg Hill, founder and managing partner of D3 Development L.L.C., has been elected to the board of the Building Industry Association of Philadelphia.

Philadelphia Theatre Co. has elected David Cohen, senior executive vice president of Comcast Corp., and Stephen J. McConnell, partner at Reed Smith, to its board.

The Philadelphia Ship Preservation Guild has appointed to its board Patrick Turner, vice president of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, and Pete MacAlpine, retired owner and operator of Dr. Detail, a Philadelphia-area automotive-detailing business. The guild is a nonprofit dedicated to the preservation and operation of historic vessels, such as the tall sailing ship Gazela Primeiro.

South Jersey Federal Credit Union, Deptford, has elected Loretta Winters to its board. She is president of the Gloucester County NAACP chapter and has been registrar of the Deptford Township School District for the last five years.Valley Forge-based UGI Corp. has elected James B. Stallings Jr. to its board. Stallings is managing partner of PS27 Ventures L.L.C., a private investment fund focused on technology companies.

Community Partnership School, an independent elementary school in North Central Philadelphia, has elected the following to its Board of Trustees: Susan Feldman, a former primary schoolteacher; Amy Ferracci, a freelance consultant in marketing, public relations, and special events; Tonnetta Graham, president of the Strawberry Mansion CDC; Willa Kravitz, a retired nonprofit professional; and Kristin Smith, owner of Smith Flooring Inc.

Christopher Cummings has been elected to the board of the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry. Cummings is a partner at Stradley Ronon, Philadelphia.

The 37th World Zionist Congress has elected Montgomery McCracken partner David Dormont to its Zionist General Council. The council is composed of Jewish leaders from around the world and is the supreme institution of the World Zionist Organization.
