Rhona K. Wulf was named vice president of sales at IXP Corp., a Princeton public-safety and emergency-solutions provider. She had been vice president, client solutions, at UI Centric in New York City.

Michael Sullivan has been appointed president and CEO of AmeriHealth Administrators Inc. in Philadelphia. Sullivan succeeds Richard Neeson, who will continue to serve as executive vice president and president of expanding markets at Independence Blue Cross, the parent company of AmeriHealth Administrators. Sullivan had been most recently CEO of HM Insurance Group, CEO of United Concordia, and president of Health Markets at Highmark.

Shoemaker Construction Co., part of the Butz Family of Companies in Philadelphia, hired Laurence Temple II as a project manager. Temple is currently part of the Shoemaker project team working on renovations at the Gallery at Market East in Philadelphia. He previously was project manager for Dutchland Inc. in Gap, Pa.

Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget (SCA), a global Swedish company that sells napkins, diapers, adult-incontinence products, and feminine-hygiene products, hired Michael C. Feenan as vice president of its personal-care business in North America, which has headquarters in Philadelphia. He had been vice president for the North American Redistribution division of xpedx.

Bob Kearns has been promoted to senior director, company project management office at Henkels & McCoy Inc., a Blue Bell utility construction firm providing critical infrastructure for the power, communications, oil and gas pipeline, and gas distribution markets throughout North America. He had been director of Henkels & McCoy's East region project management office and senior project manager/project sponsor.

JDog Junk Removal & Hauling, a Berwyn firm working to increase post-military career opportunities for veterans, named former Marine Corps Officer James O'Flaherty vice president of operations. JDog sells franchises exclusively to military veterans and their family members and recycles and repurposes collected material.

Myrna Soto has been promoted to senior vice president, global chief information security officer, at Comcast Corp., Philadelphia. Soto served as senior vice president, chief infrastructure and information security officer, within engineering and platform services for Comcast Cable.

Clare V. Sweeney has been promoted by Developmental Enterprises Corporation from program specialist to director of the nonprofit's North Penn Training Center in Hatfield.

Ambiance Design, a Fort Washington provider of custom window treatments and home decor, hired Dan Hawley as operations manager. He had been chief operating officer and chief technology officer of Silk Cos. L.L.C.

Loews Hotels & Resorts appointed Scott Nassar managing director of Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Nassar had been senior vice president of resort operations with Orange Lake Resorts, overseeing the operations of 12 properties.

Stradley Ronon hired intellectual-property attorney Philip J. Foret as a partner in its Malvern office. He had been cochair of the intellectual-property group at Dilworth Paxson L.L.P.

Malvern Bancorp Inc., the Paoli parent company of Malvern Federal Savings Bank, promoted the following executives: Joseph Gangemi, to senior vice president and chief financial officer, from treasurer/investment officer and corporate secretary; Missy Orlando, to senior vice president and chief operating officer, from consultant; and Jay Power, to senior vice president and chief lending officer, from vice president and senior commercial lending officer.

Prudential Bancorp Inc. in Philadelphia said that its subsidiary Prudential Savings Bank has appointed Douglas J.R. Smith as senior vice president/chief lending officer. He had been executive vice president/chief credit officer at Noah Bank in Elkins Park.

Pitcairn in Jenkintown hired Mark E. McCarron as managing director of investment strategy based in Philadelphia. McCarron was vice president, chief investment strategist, at Drexel Morgan Capital Advisers Inc.

Rachel B. Anolik has been appointed assistant professor of dermatology at Temple University School of Medicine and director of medical dermatology and inpatient service at Temple University Hospital and Fox Chase Cancer Center. Anolik completed her dermatology residency at Boston Medical Center in Massachusetts, where she became the chief resident in the program.

Status GO!, a health-care technology consulting company in Harleysville, hired Drew Weilage as vice president of health-care strategy. He had been director, outreach and enrollment, at Community Health at Colorado-based Centura Health.

Aqua America Inc., the publicly traded Bryn Mawr water utility, promoted Kimberly Joyce to regulatory counsel and director of public and legislative affairs, from regulatory counsel and director of regulatory affairs. Joyce adds communications, community relations, and the company's charitable trust to her responsibilities for legislative affairs and regulatory counsel.

TD Bank hired John H. Thacher as assistant vice president, account manager, in commercial real estate in Philadelphia. He had been assistant director at Studley Inc. in Philadelphia.
