Heraeus, a Langhorne precious-metals and technology company, has promoted Kim Jessum to head of intellectual property legal affairs for the company's U.S. region. She joined the company as associate general counsel and will handle all IP legal matters for its U.S. businesses, which include precious metals, sensors, biomaterials, medical components, quartz glass, and specialty light sources. Jessum was of counsel at Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young L.L.P.

Linda R. Roehner has been elected president and CEO of Hatboro Federal Savings. Roehner's career with the financial institution spans more than 35 years and includes tenures as executive vice president and chief operating officer, vice president, and chief technology officer. She had been interim president.

SSH Real Estate, a Philadelphia commercial real estate company, has promoted Gregory B. Muller to chief operating officer and partner. He joined the company in 2003 and was previously general counsel.

Philadelphia health insurance company Independence Blue Cross has hired Jill Michal as vice president of sales services and client experience. Michal was president and chief executive officer of the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey from 2008 to 2014.

Aramark, the Philadelphia provider of services in food, facilities management, and uniforms, has named Stephen P. Bramlage Jr. executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective April 6. Bramlage succeeds executive vice president and chief financial officer Fred Sutherland, who will retire after nearly 35 years with the company. Bramlage had been chief financial officer at Owens-Illinois Inc.

National Penn Bancshares Inc., Allentown, has promoted Jeffrey M. Brusko to senior vice president, from relationship manager.

AC Lordi, an accounting, risk-management, and executive-search firm in Malvern, has hired Joe Heater as director of accounting services. He had been chief financial officer of WPCS International.

Kistler Tiffany Benefits, a privately owned, employee benefits consulting firm and general agency in Berywn, has promoted the following managing partners: Chris Collins, Kevin Conners, Brad Daggett, Ryan Schaible, Mike Troy, and Larry Vukovic. The six had served as employee-benefit consultants.

HNTB Corp., an employee-owned infrastructure solutions firm serving public and private owners and contractors, has named Curt Venditti civil engineer, water resources; Adam Wroblewski, senior transportation planner; and Christopher Snyder, rail transit designer. Venditti is based in HNTB's King of Prussia office; Wroblewski and Snyder are in the firm's Philadelphia office. Venditti was a civil engineer at Michael Baker International, Wroblewski a senior transportation planner at Atkins Global, and Snyder a catenary associate at the Burns Group.

David Younkin has been named director of lower school at Friends Select School, effective in September. Younkin had been director of professional development services and innovation at the Children's Literacy Initiative.

McElroy, Deutsch, Mulvaney & Carpenter L.L.P. has promoted Chad D. Mountain and Suzanne DellaValla Jones from associates to of counsel. Both are in the firm's Philadelphia office.

TD Bank has promoted Rajesh Viswanathan to chief administrative officer and leader in business initiatives for North American credit card and merchant services in its Wilmington office. He had been interim chief administrative officer and lead in business transformation.

National Penn Bancshares Inc., Allentown, has named Sean Hennigar vice president and a relationship manager in its small-business lending group. He will be responsible for developing and maintaining new and existing commercial relationships throughout National Penn's southern region, which consists of Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware Counties, and parts of Montgomery County. He had been a market manager for Susquehanna Bank.

Brian Reehill has joined Savran Benson L.L.P., Bala Cynwyd, as an associate specializing in litigation and forensic accounting. He previously was an associate at Friedman L.L.P.
