Pennsylvania Ballet has elected the following members to its board of trustees: David W. Brown, managing director of the Marketing Collaborative; Amy Coes, a consultant at the American furniture department at Sotheby's; Stephen P. Mullin, president and principal at Econsult Solutions; DanThu Thi Phan, vice president and chief counsel, corporate law, Cigna Corp.; Kathryn L. Putnam, finance, fund-raising, and strategic-planning professional; and Jeffrey A. Sheehan, founder of Sheehan Advisory L.L.C.

The National Foundation for Celiac Awareness, an Ambler nonprofit health advocacy and education organization, has named Jay Silverstein and Wendi L. Wasik co-chairs. Silverstein is a founding principal and chief imagineer at Oxford Health Plans and currently CEO of Picwell. Wasik is an executive coach and organizational-development consultant.

Other officers include David H. Cohen, a consultant for a variety of food manufacturers and marketers, vice chair; Denise L. Devine, founder of Nutripharm and Froose Brands L.L.C., treasurer; Barbara Weir Powers, a community volunteer and writer, secretary, and Eileen Spampata, a clinical trainer/supervisor for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Associates in Lansdale, board member.

Sue Cornbluth, adjunct professor of psychology at Temple University, has been named to the board of the Terri Lynne Lokoff Child Care Foundation, a nonprofit organization that promotes high-quality child care.

Axalta Coating Systems Bermuda Co. Ltd., a provider of liquid and powder coatings, has elected Robert M. McLaughlin to its board and chair of the audit committee. He is senior vice president and chief financial officer of Airgas Inc. and a member of its management committee.

State Sen. Robert Jubelirer has been elected to Pennsylvania State University's board of trustees. Jubelirer is a partner and chair of Obermayer Rebmann Maxwell & Hippel L.L.P.'s government-affairs practice group.

Lawyer-lobbyist Richard S. Mroz, of Archer & Greiner P.C., has been elected to the board of the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce. He replaces Archer & Greiner chairman James H. Carll, who served on the board for more than three years. Mroz is managing director of Archer Public Affairs L.L.C. in Trenton and had been chief counsel to former New Jersey Gov. Christie Whitman.

Vince Pompo, partner and chairman of the municipal and environmental law department at Lamb McErlane P.C., West Chester, has joined the board of Lundale Farm Inc., a nonprofit 420-acre sustainable farming community.

Kim Venzie, an attorney at Unruh Turner Burke & Frees, has been appointed to the board of the Chester County Solid Waste Authority.

Terri O'Connell has been appointed to the board of trustees of the Alice Paul Institute, a Mount Laurel nonprofit dedicated to educating the public about the life and work of suffragist Alice Stokes Paul. O'Connell is a partner at Fuzzy Slippers Marketing Strategies.

The Pennsylvania Osteopathic Medical Association, a statewide organization for physicians holding the doctor of osteopathic medicine (D.O.) degree, has elected Robert S. Dolansky Jr. president. He serves the St. Luke's University Health Network as network medical director of urgent-care services, network director of osteopathic medical education and medical director of St. Luke's Allentown Family Health Center.

Other officers include Michael J. Zawisza, medical director of Covenant Home Health Care and Hospice in Pottsville, president-elect, and Anthony E. DiMarco, managing physician at Parkesburg Family Medicine and medical director at LG Health Urgent Care-Parkesburg, vice president.

Friends of the William Jeanes Memorial Library, the public library serving Whitemarsh Township, has named Linda Gardner Doll president. She is a longtime volunteer tutor with the Colonial School District and volunteers in the library's children's department. Nancy Miller, a retired corporate-tax attorney, and Sydelle Zove, a consultant to nonprofits, were named to the library's governing board.

The Risk and Insurance Management Society, Delaware Valley Chapter, elected the following officers and directors to its board: Carla Wynn, associate vice president, strategic claims management, at Aramark, Philadelphia, is president; Art Boyle, vice president of Enterprise Risk Management, Radian Group Inc., Philadelphia, is vice president; Amy Adler, manager, risk finance at Aramark, Philadelphia, is treasurer; Jennifer Reno, manager of international insurance at FMC Corp., Philadelphia, is secretary, and Malika Adams, supervisor, risk management, Comcast Corp., Philadelphia, is assistant secretary.

Directors include Wendy Conroy, senior manager, insurance and risk management, at TE Connectivity Ltd., Berwyn; Sandra DiRenzo, corporate senior manager, risk management, at Crown Holdings Inc., Philadelphia; Margarete Emery, insurance and risk management analyst at CSL Behring L.L.C., King of Prussia; Sara Potter, director of risk management at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia; Jeffrey Quinn, director of risk management at AlliedBarton Security Services, Conshohocken, and Deborah Saunders, director, claims management at Comcast Corp., Philadelphia.
