Raj Kishore has been named director of the Stem Cell Therapy Program in the Center of Translational Medicine at Temple University School of Medicine and appointed professor of pharmacology and medicine at the medical school. Kishore focuses on cardiac regenerative medicine. He had served as a faculty member at Tufts University and later Northwestern University, where he was an associate professor of medicine-cardiology.

Celeste Simon, professor of Cell and Developmental Biology, scientific director and investigator for the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute, and an investigator of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.
