King of Prussia Mall expansion to get underway
The long-planned expansion of the King of Prussia Mall is on track to start in late spring. The Simon Property Group announced in November, 2011, that it planned an 140,000-square-foot expansion that would link the Plaza, where Neiman Marcus is located, with the Court, where Macy's and Bloomingdale's are housed. The estimated $150 million project would also include about 40 new retailers and several restaurants.
