Center in the Park, a community center located in Vernon Park in Germantown, named Randolph K. Brock to its board. He is vice president-investment officer at Wells Fargo Advisors L.L.C.

Make-a-Wish Philadelphia & Susquehanna Valley, a Blue Bell nonprofit that grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions, named the following board members: Karl Singleton, founder and CEO of Singleton Education & Community Resources Inc.; Megan O'Connor, community volunteer; Jose Enrique Urdaneta, owner of Urdaneta Photography; Stephen H. Kalis, a partner at Fox Rothschild L.L.P.; and John Clark, U.S. business steering manager at Ikea North America Services, L.L.C.

Holy Family University, Philadelphia, has elected William R. Strecker to its board of trustees. Strecker is president and CEO of Kingsbury Inc., a family-owned Philadelphia business that designs and manufactures highly engineered bearings products.

The British American Business Council of Greater Philadelphia named the following board members: Victoria Kozhushchenko, associate vice president, human resources, Aramark; Adrian Rawcliffe, senior vice president, pharma North America, GlaxoSmithKline P.L.C.; and Brian Said, executive director of tourism for the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau.
