On the Boards

  Philadelphia Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure, a nonprofit health-advocacy organization, elected the following board officers: Lisa Wollan, head of consumer insights and brand strategy at Wawa Inc., is president; Fred Stein, senior producer of the Creative Group Inc., is vice president; Ronald B. Morris, managing member of Innovative Financial Services L.L.C., is treasurer; Judy Kellem, owner/president of Facilities Relocation Consultants Inc., is secretary.

Board members include Melissa Ludwig, district vice president/district manager of Macy's; Harris T. Bock, attorney at the Dispute Resolution Institute; Ellen M. Community Legal Services and Philadelphia Legal Assistance have elected the following slate of officers and two members to their joint board: Michael D. LiPuma, attorney, Law Office of Michael LiPuma, is chairman; Arlene Rivera Finkelstein, assistant dean for public-interest programs at the University of Pennsylvania's Toll Public Interest Center, is vice chair; Robin Blumenfeld Switzenbaum, a shareholder in the securities, corporate governance, and commercial litigation practice groups at Berger & Montague, is secretary; and Michael Bomstein, partner and trial attorney at Pinnola & Bomstein, is treasurer.

New board members include Marilyn Heffley, partner and financial services litigator at Reed Smith, and Kay Kyungsun Yu, immediate past chair of the Philadelphia Commission on Human Relations.

Mount Airy USA, a nonprofit community-development organization, elected the following board members: John Cacciamani, chief executive officer for Chestnut Hill Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Community Health Network; Joffie Pittman, deputy general counsel for labor and employment with the Philadelphia Housing Authority; and Monique DeLapenha, a partner with Ballard Spahr L.L.P., Philadelphia.

  Philadelphia Dance Foundation, a nonprofit organization, has appointed the following officers: Kenneth D. Berman, an attorney in Philadelphia, is president; Mary Jo Grdina, associate professor, School of Education at Drexel University, is secretary, and James Altland, senior vice president of finance and corporate development at Onconova Therapeutics Inc., is treasurer.

New directors include Alice Chaleff, president of Clark Worldsystems; Samuel M. D'Antonio, chief financial officer of Mercy Home and Community Health Services/Mercy Health System; Christian S. Dunbar, financial adviser with Wells Fargo Advisors L.L.C.; Robert I. Evans, founder of EHL Consulting Group; Harold E. Bryn Mawr Bank Corp., Bryn Mawr, elected Lynn B. McKee, executive vice president of human resources for Aramark, to its board.

CardioReady, Philadelphia, hired Kevin R. Campbell as chief medical officer of its medical board. Campbell, a cardiologist/cardiac electrophysiologist, is a partner at Wake Heart & Vascular and an assistant professor of medicine at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. - Mike Zebe
