Reginald Cooper, small-business specialist at Wells Fargo, is treasurer and finance chair.

Derek Green, special counsel in the office of Councilwoman Marian B. Tasco, is president.

Nancy Muth, minister at First Presbyterian Church in Germantown, is vice president.

Altressa Boatwright, operations administrator at Chosen 300 Ministries Inc., is secretary.

The Friends of the Wissahickon, a nonprofit environmental organization that works in and advocates for Wissahickon Valley Park, elected the following board members:

Emily Daeschler, executive director of the Chestnut Hill Garden District Fund.

Martha Kennedy, vice chair for the Infonet Vendors Booth of the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society.

Richard Kremnick, a partner at Blank Rome L.L.P.

John J. Iannozzi was elected to the board of the Triangle Club of Montgomery County, a group that awards scholarships to high school seniors who have demonstrated excellence in academics, athletics, and community service. He is an attorney with the Lansdale firm Hamburg, Rubin, Mullin, Maxwell & Lupin.

Hangley Aronchick Segal Pudlin & Schiller shareholder Michele D. Hangley was named a Hearing Committee member serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

The Justinian Society of Philadelphia, a nonprofit organization of lawyers of Italian ancestry, named Dino Privitera to a three-year term on its board. He is a personal injury attorney and associate at Eisenberg, Rothweiler, Winkler, Eisenberg & Jeck P.C.

The Presbyterian Children's Village, a nonprofit human services organization in Rosemont, elected the following officers:

Elizabeth S. Gadsden, a former social worker and supervisor of adolescent services with the Bucks County Children and Youth Social Services Agency, is chair.

Thomas O. Hiscott, an attorney and partner with Heckscher, Teillon, Terrill & Sager P.C. in West Conshohocken, is vice chair.

Joanne Markman, a Spanish teacher at Gateway School, is secretary.

R. Scott Latimer, a principal with PricewaterhouseCoopers L.L.P., Philadelphia, is treasurer.

Maris Ogg, president and co-founder of Tower Bridge Advisors in West Conshohocken, is assistant treasurer.

Lisa S. Walker and Robert J. Scullin were elected trustees at Peirce College. Walker is vice president, open innovation in Global Research and Development at Campbell Soup Co. Scullin is vice president, sales and principal of the Graham Co.

Nicholas Hadgis, founding dean of the School of Hospitality Management at Widener University, was named chairman of the board of the Pennsylvania Hospitality Foundation, the educational foundation of the Pennsylvania Tourism and Lodging Association.

The Hill at Whitemarsh, a private nonprofit continuing care retirement community in Lafayette Hill, named William J. Marrazzo and Richard Jones Jr. to its board of trustees. Marrazzo is president and CEO of WHYY Inc. Jones is the former president and CEO of Abington Memorial Hospital.

Maulin Vidwans, a partner in the Real Estate and Finance groups at White & Williams, joined the board of the Risk Management Association - Philadelphia Chapter, a nonprofit professional organization.

Merle Horowitz, superintendent of the Marple Newtown School District, was named president of the Pennsylvania Association of School Administrators Women's Caucus.
