Premier Holding Corp., an Aliso Viejo, Calif., provider of financial and management services, appointed Thomas C. Lynch to its board. He is managing director of the Musser Group in Wayne, managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle, and chairman of the U.S. Naval Academy Athletic and Scholarship Foundation.

The Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the continuing legal education arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, elected the following officers and members to its board:

Penina Kessler Lieber, a member with Keevican Weiss Bauerle & Hirsch L.L.P., Pittsburgh, is president.

Mark A. Kearney, a shareholder with Elliott Greenleaf & Siedzikowski P.C., Blue Bell and Wilmington, is secretary.

Seth A. Mendelsohn, corporate counsel with Pennsylvania American Water Co., Hershey, is treasurer.

Gail P. Granoff, founder and principal of Reaching Agreement ADR L.L.C., is assistant treasurer.

Board members include: Sayde J. Ladov, a partner with Dolchin Slotkin & Todd P.C., Philadelphia; David G. Ries, partner with Thorp Reed & Armstrong L.L.C., Pittsburgh; Rhodia D. Thomas, executive director of MidPenn Legal Services, Harrisburg; and David E. Schwager, partner with Chariton, Schwager & Malak, Wilkes-Barre.

Habitat for Humanity, a national nonprofit housing ministry, elected Thomas Jelinek to its board. He is vice president of finance for the Freedom Region of Comcast Corp., Philadelphia.

Maternal and Child Health Consortium, a nonprofit serving Chester County, named Connie Fogarty and Beverly Moyer to its board. Fogarty is a senior director for AstraZeneca in its U.S. commercial organization. Moyer is a project manager for the Vanguard Group in the Institutional Client Services department.

Center in the Park, a senior community center the Vernon Park section of Philadelphia, named the following officer and members to its board:

Carol M. Allen, director of public affairs and program development at Gateway Health Plan; Karen Leslie-Henry, community services manager at the Center for Community and Professional Services- Pennsylvania School for the Deaf; and Lowell L. Thomas, general counsel for the Philadelphia Housing Development Corp.

Manor College, Jenkintown, elected the following to its board of trustees:

Sandra Girifalco, a partner at Stradley Ronon; Linda Golkow, founder and CEO of Golkow Technologies; Mary Kolodij, chairman of the board of the Ukrainian Self-Reliance Federal Credit Union and vice president of the Ukrainian Heritage School; Stasia Moloney, a student completing her master of arts degree in the Clinical Counseling Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy program at La Salle University; Vincent Nguyen, president of Amplifer Solutions Corp.; and Kathleen Sandoski, a music teacher at Immaculate Conception School.

Scott F. Cooper, a partner at Blank Rome L.L.P. and the past president/chancellor of the Philadelphia Bar Association, was named president-elect of the Temple University Alumni Association.

Maureen Murphy McBride and Guy A. Donatelli, both partners at Lamb McErlane P.C. in West Chester, were appointed Hearing Committee members serving the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

The NAWL Foundation, national center for research and education about women in the law, named Joanne Epps to its board. She is dean of the Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
