Tough times for new hotels ices Philly project

The Inquirer's Suzette Parmley had a good story this morning reporting on a problem for hotel development in Center City that is going on across the country. Financing for new hotels is virtually non-existent, anywhere, and that is one of the major factors that has stalled development of a Waldorf Astoria on Chestnut Street adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton.
