Hurricanes: Tropics simmering, not popping
Storm traffic picks up, but no U.S. threats yet.
The forecasters have remained steadfast in calling for a monster hurricane season, but as the fifth anniversary of Katrina approaches, thankfully this season has shown no indication of rivaling the horror of 2005.
