Back in 2007, in an effort to reach out to the next generation of world leaders and influential citizens, President Bill Clinton started the Clinton Global Initiative University. For Monday night, Stephen Colbert hosted a CGI U-themed episode of The Colbert Report and interviewed President Clinton in front of a live audience featuring many young people visiting Washington University in St. Louis to take part in CGI U's annual meeting. (Think Comic Con, but with kids dressing up like politicians and discussing ways to alleviate international poverty instead of wearing capes and arguing about decoder rings.)

During the interview, Colbert asked President Clinton about social media and President Clinton confessed that his insecurity keeps him off of Twitter.

"What happens if you tweet and nobody tweets back?" President Clinton asked.

Colbert wanted to set President Clinton at ease, so he established an account an account, @PrezBillyJeff.
