The Tri-State’s newest sensation is a one-eyed rap musician from Paterson, New Jersey, named Fetty Wap. His first single, “Trap Queen,” went platinum and mixes what could be singing (is he singing?) with what’s definitely rapping as he talks about the Bonnie-and-Clyde-like lifestyle he and his girlfriend have adopted.

On Tuesday night, after Fetty Wap announced a collaboration with Drake on his new song “My Way,” the artist performed on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” with Philadelphia’s own The Roots.
