Head over to University City on July 19, August 16 and September 20- Baltimore Avenue from 42nd to 50th streets will be coming alive with $1 dollar deals and festivities (and yes, they really are ONE dollar!). You can expect cupcakes, ice cream, hummus and pita, skewers, mac and cheese, chocolate covered pancake balls (!?), beer (of course), mini black bean burgers, bike supplies and a lot more. You can also expect live music, street performances and free giveaways and interactive games from Ben FM.
Participating businesses include: Aksum, Atiya Ola's Spirit First Foods, Baltimore Pet Shoppe, Curio Theatre, Dahlak, Dock Street Brewery, Elena's Soul, Firehouse Bikes, Gojjo Restaurant and Bar, The Gold Standard Cafe, Green Line Cafe, Mariposa Food Co-op, Milk & Honey Market, Queen of Sheba, Studio 34, Thrive Fitness, Vientiane Cafe, Vix Emporium and food vendors/trucks Maru Global Takoyaki, Sweet Box, The Sunflower Truck Stop and Jimmies Cupcake Company.
