It feels like Saturday was so long ago. Welcome back, friend.

For a winter winefest: Bundle up and head to the fire pits at Chaddsford Winery (632 Baltimore Pike, Chadds Ford, Pa.) for a day of mulled wine and food trucks. Winter Winederland runs from noon to 8 p.m. and features food trucks The Flying Deutschman, Pretzelria, P'Bon's Fresh Phood of Philly, The Cow & the Curd, The Whirly Pig and Wonderland Cake as well as food, cigar and jewelry vendors.

For a grand opening: Lunacy Brewing Company (214 Davis Rd., Magnolia, N.J.) celebrates their official opening with a daylong affair of giveaways and, of course, beer. Get your sip on from noon to 8 p.m.

For a warm pairing: Learn how to knit a scarf over a warm cup of hot cocoa at the Rockwood Museum (4651 Washington St. Extension, Wilmington, Del.). The 90-minute class, starting at 2 p.m. is open for folks ages 8 to 16.

For a taste of Miami: Hailing from the Florida city, the Rosie Herrera Dance Theatre will make their Philly debut with two performances — 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. — today at the Annenberg Center (3680 Walnut St.). The program includes two full-length dance theater works utilizing dance, cabaret, film, opera, music and drag. "Dining Alone" centers on the emotions and images that come with food and the dining scene while "Various Stages of Drowning: A Cabaret" exists in a dream-like state where a cast of characters make cameos throughout the surrealist presentation.

For your Cinderella moment: As a part of Lambertville-Hew Hope's Winter Festival is their Fire and Ice Ball with light appetizers, cocktails, ice sculptors, circus artists, DJs and the chance to be crowned the Fire King or Ice Queen. The bash runs from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. at the Eagle Fire House (46 N. Sugan Rd., New Hope, Pa.).
