For knee-deep enjoyment: It's all fun and games until your Versace shoes get soaked. So don't wear them. Norristown, PA park rangers will guide you through an animal-viewing adventure through Kepner Creek in Norristown Farm Park at 1 p.m. Be prepared to get wet.

For an athletic family outing: It's a grand slam of a deal at Citizens Bank Park. Before the 1:35 p.m. Phillies game today, ticketholders can score a selection of food items for $10 at the South Philly stadium. During the game, kids can get their faces painted and gorge on ice cream sundaes and root beer floats.
