Five things to do today – comedy, fairs, movie marathon

Like a bouquet of flowers from a loved one, only not.

Like a bouquet of flowers from a loved one, only not.

For an old fashioned fair: You know the kind — vendors, games, music, food, folk dancing. It all happens during the Arden Fair from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Arden Guild Hall in Wilmington, De.

For another: Day two of Long's Park Art and Craft Festival, featuring over 200 jewelry, art and sculpture vendors, runs from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Lancaster Pa.'s Long's Park Amphitheater.

For a movie marathon: Stay home if you can't handle gore and Italian cinema. Rarely seen spooky films screen for nine hours at the Colonial Theatre in Phoenixville, Pa., starting at 7 p.m.

For a performance: The second group to "Twist and Shout" ahead of The Beatles, the Isley Brothers come to North Philly's Dell Music Center at 8 p.m. Atlantic Starr and El Debarge open.

For some laughs: Quirky, deadpan and understated, comic Demetri Martin oft utilizes drawings and music into his routines. Expect it tonight during his 9 p.m. set at the Borgata in Atlantic City, N.J.
