For the 85th Annual Academy Awards this Sunday, don't let Hollywood get all of the glitz and glam! There are wonderful Oscar parties going on all throughout the city, and Philadelphia definitely has reason to celebrate, seeing as the Philly featured Silver Linings Playbook is up for tons of awards.

Here are 5 places to view the Oscars:

1. Llanerch Diner

The lovely people at Llanerch Diner are hosting an Oscar party at their diner, which was a featured in the Oscar-nominated film Silver Linings Playbook. Llanerch Diner will be broadcasting the Oscars while serving guests a glass of complimentary champagne every time Silver Linings Playbook wins – that's a total of eight glasses if it wins an award for each of it's nominations. How tremendous would it be to watch Silver Linings Playbook win an Oscar while you're at the actual diner that was featured in the film?

2. The Oscar Experience

Volunteers of America Delaware Valley's signature fundraising event, the annual Oscar® Experience Gala, will raise funds to completely renovate the kitchen in their Aletha Wright "Vision of Hope" center. When the kitchen is completed, it will produce 2,500 meals per day, feeding clients in all of their Camden programs which include: their family shelter, Addiction Treatment Program, and Home for the Brave homeless veterans shelter.

Upon arrival, guests will be in the spotlight as they walk the red carpet among screaming fans and get interviewed by on-air personalities from WPVI-TV 6ABC. Attendees will also be able to enjoy the company of special guest, Brian Westbrook!

Party for a purpose at the closest thing to the "real deal" outside of Hollywood.
