Rapper-actor sensation Donald Glover, aka Childish Gambino, is a jack of all trades; he can rap, he can act, and he's one of the funniest writers in comedy today. From his role on Community to his previous work as a writer on 30 Rock, and now his addition to HBO's Girls, Glover has made a name for himself on the screen. Through his Childish Gambino moniker, he's received widespread recognition in the music scene with sharp, poignant lines as well as the success of his Camp album.
After appearing at Coachella in April, Gambino has set out on a summer long, nationwide tour, and he stops in Philly this Friday! He debuted his new track "Shoulda Known" on Wired 96.5 and after it dropped he was trending not only in Philly, but worldwide. Anticipation for his new album has never been higher, especially with rumors swirling about its release since before Coachella, but we'll just have to settle for leaks and previews in the meantime.
