Union drop points they should have taken

The Union's 1-1 draw with New England was an eminently frustrating game. It was there for the taking, especially in the last 15 minutes of the second half when the Union simply could not finish in the final third.

So yet again, the Union come away from PPL Park with a dissatisfying result. There are draws that feel like wins and draws that feel like losses, and there's no question that in the locker room after the game this felt like a loss.

I will have plenty to say about the game Monday morning in Take Two. Until then, here's as much postgame audio as I could collect. The tracks include the first interviews in Philadelphia given by new Union signings Eduardo Coudet and Justin Mapp, and an exclusive interview with New England goalscorer Marco Perovic. Thanks to Ramin Majd of Goal.com for sending over the audio of Peter Nowak's press conference.

There are also some photos from the game above, taken by staff photographer Akira Suwa.
