Live video and chat: Philadelphia Union vs. Columbus Crew

The Union's second game at the Disney Pro Soccer Classic in Orlando is against a team that Union fans will want to get to know well.

The Union's second game at the Disney Pro Soccer Classic in Orlando is against a team that Union fans will want to get to know well.

It's likely that Philadelphia and Columbus will be battling each other for a playoff spot in a stacked Eastern Conference. Chicago, Houston and Kansas City have clearly established themselves as the East's best, leaving five teams - Philadelphia, Columbus, Montréal, New York and D.C. - to contest the remaining two places.

Union manager John Hackworth let slip in his latest letter to fans that he only expects his first team to play 30 minutes today. So this afternoon will give us an extended look at the depth that Hackworth will need to bring playoff soccer back to PPL Park.

(Given the starting lineup below, that might be an understatement.)

Kickoff is set for 1:00 p.m. Eastern. In addition to the usual live video offering, I'll be hosting a live chat throughout the game. We'll have plenty to discuss, from the Union's roster to the U.S. national team to the UEFA Champions League.

So come on by with your questions and comments. And stick around afterward for live video from five more MLS preseason games that will take place in the afternoon and evening. Each will have its own post.

I'll post the starting lineups when they're made available.
